Research in PSL is focused on the experimental study of fundamental phenomena as well as industrial applications related with plasma and accelerator science and technology.
Plasma: Basic physics such as sheath, wave, sources, and diagnostics. Fusion plasma such as ECH and LHCD. Atmospheic plasmas from DBD, microwave, RF, and high voltage pulses.
Accelerator: High power microwave system and pulse modulator, beam diagnostics, PES, SASE-FEL, etc.
Industrial applications: Plasma & accelerator technology application to environmental science and innovative process research.
