Students in other departments pursuing a double major in physics must successfully complete at least 41 credits in major required courses (39 credit) and elective courses. Dissertation is exempt from the requirement.

Students who complete the following requirements designated by the University will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree.
All Physics students must submit a Bachelor’s thesis. For the thesis, students may choose to follow the format of Sae mulli, JKPS (or Physical Review), or POSTECH’s master’s thesis. A thesis draft for review should be submitted to the thesis advisor by the end of November (or May for August graduates), and the final copy should be submitted to the department office by the first Friday following finals week.
Students who have completed all the requirements, have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher, and wish to graduate early should fill out and submit an Early Graduation Petition to the Office of Academic Affairs after completing their 6th semester.
