Double & Minor major

Double Major

Students in other departments pursuing a double major in physics must successfully complete at least 41 credits in major required courses (39 credit) and elective courses. Dissertation is exempt from the requirement.

Minor Major

tudents who minor in physics must successfully complete at least 24 credits in major required courses and elective courses in physics department. required to complete 4 courses including Mechanics, Electromagnetism Ⅰ, Quantum Physics I in the following 6 courses: PHYS203 Mechanics, PHY201 Modern Physics, PHYS206 Electromagnetism, PHYS301 Quantum Physics Ⅰ, PHYS302 Quantum Physics Ⅱ, PHYS304 Thermal Physics, PHYS307 Electromagnetism Ⅱ.

Courses Double Major, Minor Major
Physics require completing at least 41 credits in major required courses (39 credit) and elective courses. Dissertation is exempt from the requirement.

* Required courses 1: 9 credit [PHYS203 Mechanics, PHYS206 Electromagnetism Ⅰ, PHYS301 Quantum Physics I

* Required courses 2: 3 credit [choose one among PHY201 Modern Physics PHYS302 Quantum Physics Ⅱ and PHYS307 Electromagnetism Ⅱ]

* Other courses: complete additional 12 credits in required courses or elective courses.
